I manage these projects from concept to completion. I work with the PD team to create and adjust formulas and colors. I source components and packaging compatible with formulas, then mock up the packaging artwork or design elements for each piece. When the product is finalized I help track production and inventory shipment. Plus, I get to test EVERYTHING, which is the best part of the job.
